Dying During the Ultimate Climax

You saw that title, and your thoughts about this post immediately went to ORGASM DEATH, right? Is it possible to die from one that stops our heart beating?

Well, you’re close.

Firstly, you and I think alike. We should become friends. Secondly, we’re a naughty little pair, aren’t we? Here, we are attracted to the orgasm theme in a blog title, and that already says much about us. We love the orgasms we so deliciously deserve and righteously receive (and give too!). Nothing stops us from having a good time, right? We’re not afraid of embracing the climax, even if it stops our heart!

Sadly, Nina does die from an orgasm, but it’s not hers that causes it to happen.

As the story unfolds, the crescendo of the storm brings Nina and her lover to a new high. They’ve wanted it for so long; this is their chance to make good on a shared fantasy. Their bodies have been moving with the rhythm of the distant rain, growing with the rising thunder and lightning. It’s been building for over an hour, and if it works right, it’ll come down to timing. When the thunderstorm reaches its peak, Nina and Mitchell will, too.

There’s a problem.

Mitchell hasn’t been feeling well of late. His sex has been disturbed. Fragments of other encounters appear in his mind, and rather than riding the natural wave with Nina, he’s been fighting these inner disruptions. They’re blocking the pathway to euphoria, and he’s becoming frustrated.

Nina doesn’t sense the troubles. She thinks he’s being extra attentive, and she likes that. Besides, pleasure takes precedence. If an orgasm is up for grabs, she’ll take it and to hell with what he’s thinking or doing while it’s happening. There’s nothing better than a man who lingers and stays hard for rounds three, four, and five anyway: the more orgasms, the merrier her sex.

Mitchell’s close to coming, but there’s only one way he’ll finish. It will require the assistance of another to cross that line. The crescendo of the storm will give it the energy to surface. When it arrives, the passion will turn violent.

And this is about the time to look away.

The truth is we can never know what’s going on in the minds of our lovers. Even those we have a long and trustworthy history with can bring baggage into the bedroom. Most of it, dare I say it, is tolerable (rolls eyes), but once every so often, there’s an anomaly that goes outside those boundaries. That anomaly is what my story is about.

You’ll notice I didn’t use the words: dick, cock, pussy, tit, throbbing love muscle, rigid pole, blow job, or anything similar to those in my short story. You don’t even know if the characters are lying, sitting, standing, facing each other or away. I’m a head game author. Everything I write about starts and ends in the mind. If you picked up on that, you are the right candidate to read the rest of the story.

Don’t get me wrong. I go there. I just don’t dwell on those words when I am. The brain is the best sexual organ of all, so I spend time in the head and let just a few of those words flavour the scene. I want to show you how they feel about their intimacy, not present you with someone’s fuck. I must keep the story above the waistline even when they go below it!

And that’s why I say my novel is not wholly erotic. It has erotic components, but you wouldn’t find it on the erotica shelf at the bookstore. The story certainly is about sex, who’s getting it and who’s not and why, but it’s more about the complications and expectations surrounding it. Anxieties, fears, belief systems and presumptions lead us down different and strange paths. Some are good, while others can ruin us. Sometimes, one will lead to a sexual anomaly, as I mentioned earlier.

The thunderstorm is the third sexual partner in the story and the only time multiple partners get together.

Did you just read that right?

A storm threeway?

I said it was an anomaly and a head game, and I meant it.

Now’s about the right time to give you a link to my *free novel so you can download it and unravel the rest of the story for yourself (*limited time).

You have a starting point and a clue or two from the author. Hopefully, that puts you in the right mindset to engage with this type of narrative.

I sure hope you’ll enjoy reading SEETHINGS.
