It’s a dreary day where I live. I should be fitting a new trim to the front door right now. I should be sanding some of the plaster I put on the wall yesterday. I should be doing a whole lot of things, but I don’t want to do them because it’s like this outside.
That shouldn’t change anything, as all the work I need to do can be done at home. I don’t need to go outside and get wet yet, but my energy levels are low. This grey, dull weather is affecting me. I think all I’m going to do is stay inside, make myself a hot drink, read a good book, put a rug over my legs and have this furry guy lie on them all day long.
